Thermal Imaging Camera
Any equipment that produces heat can be imaged using this camera. The fundamental principle of using this technology is based on the principle that 'all failures are preceded by rise in temperature'. Avoiding break downs is the focal point.
The various applications include:
  • Identification of electrical hotspots (transformer, switchyard, MCCs/PCCs, high capacity equipment, etc.)
  • Process equipment integrity
  • Integrity of furnaces / boiler refractory lining
  • Valve positions / passing / leaky valves.
  • Fire victim rescue /fire fighting in smoke filled rooms
  • Energy conservation
  • Identification of bad insulation of pipelines
  • Thermal scanning of tanks / vessels
Thermal imaging services will be carried out by a senior engineer who is a safety professional and a LEVEL I Thermographer (Infared Training Centre, Sweden), and also a Certified Reliability Professional (CRP).
